Created new topic Announcement Of Mohavea! in the Discuss Your Visual Novel forum: Hello! My friend and I @kurokazi are proud to announce the start of the development of our visual novel Mohavea! Currently, we have the basic outline of the story done and are making the sprites now! She's been helping me write it and is doing all the art so please give her a follow on CloudNovel and her Instagram. (Insta is @medicalmisconduct !) There is also an Instagram that has some more posts about the development of the game so feel free to give it a follow as well! (Insta is @mohavea.game ) Here's the basic storyline without giving anything too major away:
You play Aster (Pronouns are She/They) a realist psychic medium in denial. Through a series of events, Aster winds herself up as a member of the occult club! There will be two male love interests and five female love interests, as well as an option to pursue no one! The game will be LGBTQ+ friendly and has two members of the community working on it, so no queerbaiting here folks! The game will have elements of Greek Mythology, flowers, and some ghosts! Here are some basic profiles of the love interests!

Iris:
Pronouns: She/Her
Age: 18
Iris is the head of the cheer squad and a rich bitch, she is also the leader of the occult club. Calm and collected she tends to be slightly reserved, but when she's geeking out she's a ray of sunshine!

Lily:
Pronouns: She/Her
Age: 16
Lily is a slightly reserved but peppy and bubbly member of the occult club! She's best friends with Iris and a bit childish, but would do anything for the people she cares about!

Peony:
Pronouns: She/Her
Age: 18
Peony is a self-centered rebellious girl who often teases others. She joined the occult club because she needed extracurricular points, but is still fun to hang out with if you get on her good side!

Lupin:
Pronouns: He/Him
Age: 18
Lupin is Aster's childhood best friend and one of the sweetest people you'll ever meet! He always gives good advice and tends to be the voice of reason. He's selfless but still strong enough to hold his ground and stand for what he believes in.

Orchid:
Pronouns: He/Him
Age: 18
A feminine and sarcastic boy, Orchid is a ghost that gets wrapped up in the occult club's shenanigans. He often teases others and tends to take things more jokingly.

Dahlia:
Pronouns: She/Her
Age: 18
Dahlia is a fourth-wall-breaking ghost that also gets wrapped up in the occult club's shenanigans. She tends to not care about much of what's going on, but when she does care she usually still takes things as a joke. But, she seems to know more than she lets on.

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND BEFORE PLAYING:
This game will have subjects that may be triggering to some players such as:
- Mentions of child neglect, and toxic relationships.
- Suicide
- Heavy gore
- Underage drinking.
If any of these subjects are triggering for you, please refrain from playing! And obviously we do not condone any of these subjects!

Incorrect link format. You have to make sure that your assets link ends with a file extension such as .png, .jpg and etc. Also, please make sure it is also a usable link. It will not work just because you added .png at the end of the file name.
Different sprites size. You have to make sure that all of your sprites have the same size.

Please ensure you did not commit the above mistakes. If you did it right and it is still happening, it could be a bug.

@DAX Ok, I think it's either a bug or the image sizes are slightly off, thank you!
