I keep trying to change my character's sprite, but every time I try to, the character disappears. Everything else is working fine, this issue is with every sprite and every character. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? I've also tried switching the order of commands, but it's still not working.

@dailyturnip There are several reasons why this is happening:

1. Incorrect link format. You have to make sure that your assets link ends with a file extension such as .png, .jpg and etc. Also, please make sure it is also a usable link. It will not work just because you added .png at the end of the file name.
2. Different sprites size. You have to make sure that all of your sprites have the same size.

Please ensure you did not commit the above mistakes. If you did it right and it is still happening, it could be a bug.

@DAX Ok, I think it's either a bug or the image sizes are slightly off, thank you!

@dailyturnip please check it first and let me know if it is different image sizes or not.

Also, if you are using DeviantArt sta.sh link, it might also be the one who caused the problem since DeviantArt is no longer usable on this site ever since Wix bought them. Old sta.sh link before that buying should still work but cannot be confirmed till when.

@DAX I'm not using a DeviantArt link so I don't think that's the problem, how do I check the image sizes to make sure they line up?

@dailyturnip you can open the image in a new tab and hover on the browser tab. It should let you know the size of the image.

@DAX Slight problem: I actually had to get my friend, the one who's making the art and sprites, to email the sprites to me through Gmail, so whenever I try to open the image in a new tab, it just automatically redownloads the image. Is there another way I can check the sizes?

@DAX Ok, I messaged my friend and I checked the dimensions through the info tab in my files and they all match up, so I think it might be a bug sadly.
