2. You shall be solely responsible for your own Content and the consequences of submitting and publishing your Content on the Service. You affirm, represent, and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish Content you submit.
3. You retain all of your ownership rights in your Content. However, by submitting Content to CloudNovel, you hereby grant CloudNovel a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the Content in connection with the Service and CloudNovel\'s (and its successors and affiliates) business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Service (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels. You also hereby grant each user of the Service a non-exclusive license to access your Content through the Service, and to use, reproduce, distribute, display and perform such Content as permitted through the functionality of the Service and under these Terms of Service. The above licenses granted by you in visual novel Content you submit to the Service terminate within a commercially reasonable time after you remove or delete your visual novel from the Service. You understand and agree, however, that CloudNovel may retain, but not display, distribute, or perform, server copies of your visual novel that have been removed or deleted. The above licenses granted by you in user comments you submit are perpetual and irrevocable.
4. You further agree that you will not submit to the Service any Content or other material that is contrary to the Submission Guidelines, as stated in the following:
   1. Your work may not be racist, homophobic, hateful or illegal.
   2. Your submitted work may not be incomplete or created blatantly from a tutorial.
   3. CloudNovel is not a website for pornography or sexually explicit context. If this describes your visual novel, you MUST set your visual novel maturity rating to \'mature\' on publishing to CloudNovel. This includes Hentai, Eroge, Yaoi, etc.
   4. If your visual novel contains graphic or gratuitous violence, you must also set the maturity rating of your visual novel to \'mature\' in its settings.
5. CloudNovel does not endorse any Content submitted to the Service by any user or other licensor, or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and CloudNovel expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with Content. CloudNovel does not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on the Service, and CloudNovel will remove all Content if properly notified that such Content infringes on another\'s intellectual property rights. CloudNovel reserves the right to remove Content without prior notice.
6. CloudNovel reserves the right to decide whether Content violates these Terms of Service and Submission Guidelines for reasons other than copyright infringement, such as, but not limited to, pornography, obscenity, or excessive length. CloudNovel may at any time, without prior notice and in its sole discretion, remove such Content and/or terminate a user\'s account for submitting such material in violation of these Terms of Service.

This section portrays to the visual novels made in honor of an already made game and or story\'s already created.

1. Do not copy other\'s stories, cinematography/images (in a VERY blatant way), writings, or game\'s without permission or consent of using their creations.
2. Do not use the assets of said game unless given permission and provide proof of approval. This also goes for soundtrack of any kind.
3. Plagiarism will not be tolerated.
4. If it is original writing of the game in a Fan Fiction way, it is fine to post.
