Terror's tenticle comes out of Zak's back, and heals Jesse's Breastbone as he heals his host's breastbone. And at that point, security are entering the Surgury Room, and Leslie cries harder, demanding Zak to wake up and stay with her.
Phages tentacle creates a barrier around Zak himself and Leslie so that they are protected
