I'm not finding anything at all in the FAQ section or in the forums about how downloading works or what it contains. Is it flash in an HTML5 wrapper? Is it an exe? Is the output compatible with Steam? There seems to be a pretty big lack of explanation considering that's supposed to be one of the selling points for premium. What exactly does premium buy in this respect?

Also, new forum post portlets generally have a cancel button in addition to the Submit button. A bit jarring to not have one.

Unrelated suggestion: it would probably be worth having someone proof and edit the copy on the site. There's a lot of broken English, some incorrect grammar, and general clunkiness to the copy that, from a business perspective, might disincentivize potential future subscribers or premium members. I know sites like this are a work in progress, and this one seems fairly new, but don't let something as simple as bad copy ferment for too long. Once a potential buyer is lost, they don't really ever come back, so better to capture them as soon as possible with the best impression.

@finalstrife7 I can answer some of those questions, the download is for windows and mac, for windows it'll be an .exe package and for mac it is an .app package. Yes this is compatible on Steam and Itch.io as a standard game download.

Our site is still fairly new so we apologize about the grammar mistakes. We will try our best to keep things correct in our site's copy writing. Could you perhaps show me examples of where you found these errors so that I may fix them? I'd really appreciate if you can show me where :)

That's definitely a huge bonus (to me) that it's a Steam-compatible .exe. Make sure you all trumpet that when pitching Premium because that's pretty awesome.

And no apology is necessary. I know managing copy becomes exponentially harder as sites grow. Drakone already posted a couple to start, so if it's all right, I can just add a post here periodically whenever I come across something I think might be worth reviewing. Anything to help. :)
