Main Powers Info: This is going to get complicated, but Katsunori is so good at controlling his energy, he sees it as another body that's in him. Not only that, but it takes 20% of energy in each body part for him to fully act natural and strong, but that's not it.. He can put more energy than needed in a body limb to make it stronger. Okay, so basically a very complicated version of One For All? Someone may say that, but we're only 25% of the way there, Katsunori can absorb Kinetic, Mechanical, and Chemical energy, MEANING that when you hit him, the force you exert gives him energy, therefore adding onto his strength. Okay, still a more complicated version of OFA? NOPE! 50% of the way there, so now that we've gotten the strengths of his power out of the way, what about the weaknesses? I wanted this to be unique, so there's a cap to how much Energy Katsunori can withhold, and when it's filled, he can barely move and the only way to get rid of it is to exert deadly explosions, causing himself to be badly wounded. But, alright then.. 75% there, that's the other 25? I thought this power was cool and all, but having a boost in strength is pretty simple.. So.. I made him able to EXERT the energy outwards, he can make bright gold yellow flames of energy and make them explode, or make them into a rope to latch onto something, he can even make them like flames! So, 100% fully explained.
Backstory: Katsunori was always an outcast and was homeschooled all his life because he was dangerous. So, when he realized he got accepted to go into MHS, he was more than happy.

@YinYangKitty Nooottt really, as OP as it sounds, just summoning ropes sometimes, he has a risk to break his arms, because exerting energy is like forcing an EXPLOSION out of your hands. But, not in Bakugo's way.
