It's a quiet Halloween night... Or at least it would've been until that idiot showed up in my attic.

Hello everyone! It's me, peachyy. This will be a small thread to discuss my spooky jam entry -

2spooky4u

Story -
2spooky4u is a romance visual novel about a guy who finds a ghost boy from the 1920s living in his attic. In order to get rid of him he must bring the ghost closure by telling him how he died. It is kinetic, which means there are no choices that affect the story (except for one at the end which determines which end you'll get. I'd say it's almost finished, with most of it being done.

I'm going to release it once it's finished, or when all the assets are in. Speaking of assets...

Art -
The assets which are in currently are the bare essentials - sprites and backgrounds. I plan on making a total of about 9 cgs which will be scattered throughout the story. While most backgrounds are in, the library background and attic are not. The following is one of the sprites for H.M, our ghost love interest :)

Hello all! I am proud to announce that the writing/story bit of 2spooky4u is finished! It took a while but it's finally over ;V;

I'll be releasing the complete VN once all the CGs are in. Unfortunately, I only have one finished atm (boo >:0) but I think I'll finish fairly quickly.

Hello good people! I am absolutely thrilled to announce that 2S4U is finally completed! All the cgs are in and I added the music that was missing in some places.

You can play the game by clicking the link in the first post in this thread (don't worry it'll still take you to the full game, even though it says demo :3) or by going to my page and seeing my visual novels!

I am so excited to see what'll happen when the Spooky Jam is over. Good luck to my fellow Cloudnovelists that also entered the jam, I hope you all do well!

Hello all! It seems pretty wild that it's almost been two years since I released 2spooky4u- since 2020 my art and storytelling skills have improved quite a bit. So I decided to remake 2spooky4u!!

Yes that's right! The story will probably be longer and more complete (I had to cut a lot of story out to finish the game before the deadline) and Greyson and HM's relationship more developed (I remember their relationship being mostly superficial as one of the big criticisms of the first game)

I've also been trying to improve my background drawing skills so hopefully those will look much better as well. All nine of the CGs I had originally planned for the game will be present and look a LOT better too!

I hope you'll look forward to the remake! In the meantime you can play the original so you can see if the remake does get any better XD
