So I am having a problem where I just take my character and it has checkers as the background, and it turns out it either had a white background behind the character (not the image) or checkers. Can anybody help?

I am so sorry for not realizing this post as this should be on the Support forum so I did not notice this so I will move it.

Anyway, look at the Assets Panel on the Scene (when you click on the Edit Timeline button (the blue button, it will appear) make sure your characters are above your background image.
