Hey! 
I'm running into an big issue with my downloaded novel.
Everything used to work just fine, but after a restart of my game, it gets stuck on a black screen.


Rightclick works, but none of the options do anything.
There is no sound either.

I tried the novel on 2 other PC's, and it worked on both!
I'm kinda lost on what to since this issue only appears to be on my PC.

Is there a cache I have to clear or something?
Re-downloading didn't solve it either, tried both 64/32 bit.

You might have caught a rare bug that affects 1 out of 1000 people...

There is easy fix, go to the following folder directory (for windows, and make sure you have the hidden items checked):
C: > Users> YourUsername >AppData >Local >nw-app >User Data >Default

If you see any files that start with autosave-_______.json, read-_______.json, AND save-_______.json, delete all those .json files and your black screen will go away when you open the game again.

We are still looking into this bug, but this is the quick fix that makes the black screen go away.
