I sighed and shook my head. "Not really. Can I possibly talk to you in private?"

I nod my head. "Yes." I looked around my worry rising for you.

"No, no, I'll just leave." Aito takes his leave and walks out of the library.

"Thank you." I smile turning back to you. "What's wrong?"

I sigh and look out a nearby window. "Were you guys making out in the library?"

I look down my face heating up. "Yes..." I whispered embarrassed.

I nod and look at you. "He fell for you instantly? Must be nice..." I sigh again. "The reason I asked to talk to you alone is that I wanted a bit of advice...I'm a bit confused"

I tilted my head. "Confused about what?" I asked hoping that I'd be able to actually help.

I blush a bit. "I-I'm pansexual...and, well, I've been very lonely for the past two years, and I want to have something like what you and Kage have. The thing I'm confused about is that I don't know that many people and I'm extremely shy...but I also don't know who I should be looking for as a partner...male or female...?"

"or really any gender"

I smiled. "Well first try being yourself no matter what others may think. And gender shouldn't be a problem because if they truly liked you then why would that matter?" I look at you with a bit more confidence. "Maybe start small if you want, hangout with someone you trust in and have them do all the introducing and inviting you to group activities. From there you can get use to things like that until you are able to do it on your own." I nodded thinking back to when my mother told my friend the same thing. "Just be yourself and the rest will happen on it's own." I turned to you hoping that that had helped.

I smile softly. "Thank you, Rose, for the advice...it means a lot to me. C-could I ask you to help me look for the one with me?"

I smile and nod. "Of course I will help." I hug you happy that I was able to help.

I smile more and hug you back, happy that I've made a worthwhile friend. "Thanks so much"

"Anything for a friend." I smile then back up and look around thinking. "What should we do first?" I asked aloud thinking.
