Since you insist on sending emails to people who unsubbed from them no matter what, I guess that's the only way to stop emails.

Errrr... you can go to settings and go to email notifications and unsubs from there. It will COMPLETELY delete your email from the list, not just unsubbing your email because, in case of an emergency where we have to reimport email list, it will just import ALL the email, unsubs included. However, by deleting your email from the list will solve this problem. 

Tbh, I am unsure if deleting the problem so it is better to go to your account settings and unsubs there.
