Upon adding the asset into the scene, and telling it to play, it won't. It's volume is at its highest and it appears in the timeline like usual. Everything is fine except for the fact it won't play.

By the way, this is my first time using CloudNovel so I can't tell you if it's worked fine before or not.

Please ensure that your asset link is ending with the file format (eg: .mp3, .ogg). Also please be noted that some music file isn't compatible with certain browser. Check out the FAQ regarding assets not loading/working properly.
