Don't you wish you had wings to fly away from reality? In this modern reality, people are blessed with powers called Visions. Dangerous monsters created by a evil organization called the Corps of Fear must be slayed and so are Rouges.

Rules:
- You must submit a sheet for every character. There is no character limit as long as you remeber them.
- No canon character from any fandom; however species from fandoms are allowed.
- You must ask to become a part of COF and you can get only one character; Being a Rogue is fine. Just know that your character will get hunted down.
- If your character has a OP Vision, there must be a weakness; characters are allowed up to three Visions.
- Ask permission for ships but one sided crushes are just fine without permission. Just give the person a heads up.

Definitions:
Akatsuki - (literally meaning: "Dawn" or "Daybreak") Basically the good guy organization of the story. Their ranking system is based off how many tsuki and rouges they slayed and captured.
Tsuki - (literally meaning: "Moon") The dangerous monsters that seem to roam around, killing people.
Corps of Fear - The bad guy organization and the possible creators of the Tsuki. They are separated into two branches - Upper and Lower Moons.
Rouge - The other people who the Akatsuki are also hunting down. Rouges are criminals who ran away from their villages and are in a special books called Bingo Books.
Bingo Book - Special books that every nin carries. Each of them are filled with Rogues' information and are updated constantly.
Nin - The members of the Akatsuki are called nin. There are also Pillar Nin who are the top 9 nin in the ranking.
Civilian - People who have Visions or not that are not nin. They are just regular people living their everyday lives.
Academy Student - Not a nin just yet but are training to become one.
Sensei - Nin who train the academy students; they have their own branch in the Akatsuki
Spirit - Once you get into the Academy, you are assigned an animal spirit as a companion for journey. Every one is unique to its assigned companion until the day you die.

Gender Snap - Allows the user to instantly change the gender of any person within their eye sight by simply snapping their fingers. The transformation is instantaneous. The Vision works on both girls and boys and can work on the user themselves.
Reanimate - Allows the user to reanimate the dead for a limited amount of time. The reanimated bodies can use the Visions they had when they were living but the power of the Visions are greatly enhanced. The zombies must follow the orders of the user of the Reanimate Vision. The duration of reanimation is based on the amount of damage the body received before death. If the body is rotten then a max time of 45 minutes, a perfect condition body 3-4 days.

Reanimate - After the time limit is reached for a reanimation the body cannot be reanimated again. Must touch the body to reanimate it. Takes 30 second for Vision to activate.
