Eyes?
In the world of Angelico, powers are quite rare. Elements can be used by cards, but the only permanent powers are held by colored eyes. You know, how the evil robots always have completely red or purple eyes? While only visible when using the powers, these allow the user to use a power that only they can use permanently.
The government and a secret organization are after these users, unknown to most of the world. After all, everyone uses elements. What else could there be... right?
Rules:
1. I will not limit the amount of characters you have with a colored eye. However, each character can only have 1 or 0 special eyes. Also, there is only one user for each color. The color indicates your permanent power, so choose wisely.
2. The elements are usable by everyone with element cards, which can be bought from the store.
3. The eyes have a weakness. When used too often, they will eat at the user's life force. The only exception is the Crimson Eye, but... that's a whole different story.

I'll list the colors and powers too. The only unobtainable one is the Crimson one, as that's the MC's. Though tbh, if you like fighting... you might not want that one anyways.

Crimson- Can't be affected by any abilities or elements.
Red- Creates an aura that decreases all enemies' stats by half.
Black- Creates a barrier that nullifies 50% of the damage taken, and can be thrown. When thrown, will deal damage equal to the damage taken while in the barrier.
Green- Creates vines that can trap opponents and transfer health to self. Each vine lasts 10 seconds.
Yellow- Super speed that can generate a lightning blast after running for 10 seconds.
Sliver- Makes self a magnet, although what the magnet draws in can be whatever they choose, as long as it contains metal. The larger the object, the harder to pull.
Purple- Each attack poisons the target, dealing the same amount of damage the target took after 5 seconds.
Blue- Can create portals either for quick travel or long distance. The longer the distance, the longer the portal has to take time to form.
White- Able to breathe normally in places with low or no oxygen.
Orange- The more damage the user takes, the more damage they can deal. (Power increases by 1 when hit each time, max is +10.)
Brown- Can create up to 10 clones of themself.
Pink- Can heal the person with the lowest amount of health every 10 seconds, for 10% of the target's max health.
Gray- Can turn self invisible. Clothes will also not be visible, but anything else the person holds will. (Ex: Weapons, contents in pocket)
Light Blue- Can create ice, either by spreading it or forming items.
