Maki was the most intelligent student in his school. Of course, intelligence doesn't equal behaved, and he ended up getting expelled. They moved to the City of Stupidity, as no other school would take him in the city.
The city is dumb. Laws are skewed, the people are completely unaware of their surroundings, high school is learning elementary level subjects, and the crime rates are higher than any other location! How do they survive?!?
Part of the crowd or new to the city, it's your choice. Will you find the secrets behind this city? Or will they drive you to complete insanity?
