Betrayal of my Bloodline is a drama adventure BL visual novel that takes place in a fantasy world full of royalty, battles, and assassinations.

Description: Opstin Peri, a boy born with purple eyes, has lived his whole life in hiding on the outskirts of the kingdom. As he finally reaches his twentieth birthday, assassins begin to come after him for reasons he has long-awaited. His existence has made him many enemies, and he doesn’t know who he can trust. He must decide whether to fulfill his destiny, fight fate, or run away from it altogether.

It is rated Teen 16 due to depictions of violence, mild blood, some cursing, and heavy themes.

-The story starts with a common route that takes place over 3 chapters.
-There are 3 different branching routes for the 3 different love interests (all male).
-Each route has 4 different endings.
-Your choices not only affect the ending but also determine Opstin's personality.

Chapter One is currently 20% complete (as of 7/11)
This is my first visual novel, and I am using this as a learning experience. I am giving it my all though! So I hope to update this thread as frequently as possible and finish chapter one soon. I will post more art and screenshots here as they are completed!

Sprite for one of the love interests now finished!

His name is Rego Handler. He is the son of a noble family and considered the king's right-hand man. He has a cool personality and is very prestigious. Will you choose him and join life among royalty? Or is this loyal knight less trustworthy than he seems?

Chapter one is now 40% complete! (as of 7/21)
I'm hoping to get all of chapter one done before I head back to college in mid-august. It should be around 10k words so lots to do!

Another love interest sprite done! Just one more left and the main cast is complete!

This is Vance Rique. You meet this mysteriously charismatic fellow who seems all too willing to help... for a price. He hatches a dangerous plan that if successful, means you can escape to a completely new life of freedom. Though overly friendly and seemingly honest, can you trust this newfound friend?

With this update, chapter one is now 50% complete! I'll try to share some screenshots of the completed sections of the chapter and some CGs soon. If you have any questions or anything you want to see, feel free to ask!
