In this end, you would finally become close enough to Ryouta to be able to kiss him. But before that he would share details of his past - how he used to live with a kind elderly woman named Marie, who died and left him to her son who threw him out into the streets to die before he was rescued by the owner of the cafe.

After the kiss he would turn comepletely human (much to his surprise) and tell you his true feelings. We would then cut to the epilogue where a motorcycle driven by Ryouta drives up to the cafe and whisks our MC away to live happily ever after :3

In Hibiki's ending, after a romantic date at an amusement park, Hibiki asks if he could kiss you (you say yes) and he turns fully human. As with Ryouta's route, he would have told you his backstory before the final transformation - the fact that he was born sick due to the fact that male calicoes usually are, how his owner was afraid of his siblings killing him, and his eventual arrival at the cafe. He tells MC that he loves her (duh) and kisses her again.

In the epilogue we discover that Hibiki's illness has gotten worse and that he is now confined to a hospital bed. MC gets out of work to visit him at the hospital where the two sit and talk before the game finally ends.

Hoshi's ending happens at a date in a fancy restaurant. After eating and having a lovely night, he takes you to a park and you stare at the stars before Hoshi kisses you and turns human. Like all the routes before his, he too would have told you about his past (which he was unwilling to share earlier in the novel) - he is the personal cat of the owner of FuwaFuwa Cafe and is destined to live there forever, how he used to live in England and had actually had a family and kids there and how guilty he feels to have left them.

When we reach the epilogue, it is revealed that MC and Hoshi got married and were happily raising a family together. The game would end with a CG of Hoshi bringing the kids to visit MC at work.
