Lilith walked behind Lucifer with Dio holding the cake following them then they made to earth at the location of the party; Haru was at a table wearing a button-up shirt with some pants.

"Umm, where does this cake go?", Dio asked Haru as the trio from Hell walked up to him, "On that table", Haru pointed at a table and Dio went there leaving Lilith and Lucifer with Haru.
