Hello, it recently came to my attention that a recently newly created user has been seeking out and attacking African American users and/or users of African descent. This user has been seeking out African American users on CloudNovel and messaging them and calling them by the "N" word. 

This user has since been banned, but we realized we need to create new rules in our forum so that any other new users like this one will be banned immediately, and know what rules to follow. As well, we wanted to outline some social etiquette rules for the community that not only pertains to forums, but private messaging as well as comments on games. 

Here are some basic guidelines:

1. Sexual Harassment


Please do not insult the creator of games or type comments that are sexual harassment. Previously, the first comment left by this user contained the "F" word, but Sonya has since changed it so it does not contain swear words. 

2. Harassing other users


Please do not start fights by calling other users insults, and seeking out individual users to attack them. 

3. Spamming


Please do not spam the community by purchasing spam bots online to intentionally create spam in the community. Doing so is an immediate ban. 

4. Racism


This includes not only BLM-related topics against African American users or users of African descent, but as well as anti-semitism. Once in a while, we have these trolls who think it's funny to start praising Hitler and intimidate Jewish users on both the website itself (through private messaging, comments, etc.), as well as CloudNovel social media channels (Discord, Twitter, etc.) and they have been immediately banned. Please ask yourselves, how would you feel if someone was threatening your life due to your race or religion? Just ask yourself, common sense, how would that make you feel?

5. Death threats

Obviously, whether you meant threatening someone else's life as a joke or not, is extremely forbidden and is violating our Terms and Conditions. This not only includes threatening the mods/staff members but to ALL users. You cannot say things like "I'm feeling a murdering energy and ready to kill someone" that will not only get you banned from CloudNovel, but we will keep a copy of what you wrote/typed on this website in case the police contacts us for evidence of your crime in real life.

@Grimes3 According to your account, you set your birthday as March 17th, 1993. Why would you choose the same year as MY birthday??? Aren't you born in 1988? Your birth date is correct though.

I interacted with her like once and then got super attached. I genuinely thought this was a child, but I guess that's what I get for talking to people that I find online. Hearing all that stuff happen to my best friend (shibui1nebula aka Zad), made me feel super sick to my stomach. I was originally given the "proof" email and the alt emails. I then discussed it with shibui, and I told him to tell Sonya (mainly because I'm an introvert and I have trouble talking to people) what I was given. Like I said, I thought this was another kid, like me and now I feel really bad because I didn't know.
