Hello World! I'm NewArtist89 aka B.W.K. and I'm here to announce my first ever visual novel. Still a work in progress but I figured now would be a good time to announce it. I'll try to update this page so everyone (including myself) can keep up with the progress.

Emily: The sweet main protagonist. While she only has one friend, Emily always tries to be nice and friendly to even the biggest of jerks. She's willing to put up with a lot, but she has her limits. When she wants something, she usually can work out a way to get it, but will only do this if she has too. While she does want to have more friends, something always seems to happen to mess it up.
Emeal: Emily's best (and only friend). He's completely loyal to Emily and wants nothing more than for her to be happy, often ignoring his own needs in the process. He'll quickly come to her defense when someone messes with her. Very smart and particular in how he does things which is why he's not too happy when paired up with others (Emily being the only exception). Seems to be hiding something from Emily, but will never tell her what.
Keith: One of Emily's classmates. He's known to be lazy when it comes to work, and has a tendency to be late to everything! Still, he always nice and can be helpful and fun if given a chance. Has a blog and loves to learn about the latest technology. Apologizes more then anyone else.
Toby: A rich kid who lives in Emily's town. Cold and blunt, he often ignores what others think of him. When he gets paired up with you for the group project, he attempts to take charge and have you do things his way. Will that work out? Or will he "disappear" like the others. Your decisions determine that.
Ethan: A classmate whose known for wanting attention. Often picks on others to get it. His brother is the postman in town, and the one taking care of him. But what is he like when you truly get to know him?

Description:

What I'm working on now log:
1/2/2020: Added new ending. Increased endings to 8. Planning flags. Sketching CG's. Fixed spelling of Emeal's name. Drank a cup of coffee.
1/3/2020: Finished Sketching Ending CG's. Finished Emily's Normal sprites. Ate some pancakes. Drank coffee.
1/6/2020: Completely finished Emily's sprites, Finished 40% of the first draft of story. Drank decaf coffee because we we're out of regular.
1/10/2020: Finished 50% of the first draft of the story, Finished Writing Two Endings and Sketched One CG. Back to regular coffee.
1/11/2020: Added Emeal's Profile Picture. Finished 4 out of 5 of Emeal's sprites. Uploaded Emily's and most of Emeal's sprites to 3rd Party hosting site and Cloud Novel. Enjoyed my coffee.
1/18/2020: Finished 75% of first draft. Drank some green tea.
1/20/2020: Finished all of Emeal's sprites. Finished Keith's sprites. Have only two endings left to write for first draft of story. Decided to try and draw own GUI after seeing how amazing others are. Ate two cinnamon roles and a cup of coffee with a splash of half and half.
1/21/2020: Finished first draft of story! Started on main menu for game. Drank two cups of coffee and tried cauliflower pizza. Didn't like it (Pizza not the coffee).
1/27/2020: Finished Toby and one other sprites. Finished editing and uploading backgrounds to 3rd party site. Finished editing chapter one of story and working on chapter 2. Finished various buttons. Partly finished Title Menu. Inked half of CGs. Drank some coffee and thinking about donuts.
2/1/2020: Only 2 sprites left to color. Finished inking all CG's. Started programming chapter one. Did more editing for the story. Started drinking coffee.
2/3/2020: Finished coloring 2 CG's. Finished programming first chapter of game. Set up CG Gallery. About to eat some nachos (Had coffee earlier).
2/6/2020: Finished Another sprite. Finished Another CG. Added Music. Chapter One Complete and Demo approved and released! Drank some Community Coffee.
2/12/2020: All sprites finished. Another CG complete. Started working on Chapter 2; New GUI added; Fixed my coffee maker so I could drink some coffee.
2/17/2020: Released Chapter Two on the demo; Fixed the button delay button; thought about drinking coffee and failed at making fudge.
2/25/2020: Started on Chapter three and four. Changed title screen music and added more music for different scenes.
3/27/19: Finished All the CG's. Instead of working on chapters, will be working on paths since there are more details to consider than I originally thought.
4/5/2020: Started on Chapter 5 on one character path and the default path. Took away all Trello links and uploaded everything directly to Cloud Novel, because I don't want Trello to get mad at me. Added a character poll. Thinking about Dalgona Coffee.
4/20/2020: Finished Chpter five on one character path and default path. Working on chapter 6 of default path. Sipping on coffee.
5/4/2020: Finished Chapter 6 and 7 on default route. Dropped the number of endings to 6. About to make coffee.

Update: Realized the game wasn't loading properly due to some changes I made in the background. That should be fixed. Sorry about that.
