Hey-o everyone! I've recently bought some assets and wanted to share my experience with them, outlining pros + cons.

First up, a character pack from BUBU-K.

This pack was first released in 2017 and costs $7.24 (estimation)

I personally was attracted by the style as well as the fact there are 3 character sprites, compared to just one. 

Little known fact: This circle has MORE options if you go to the "GIRLS" version of DLSite.

It will ask you if you are 18+, despite the art by the circle itself has no NSFW. But the site will have other ads that can be explicit. 

BUBU-K Profile (Girls)

It includes young boys, an 'uncle', side characters, female sprite, and other male character packs.

As you can see, they have modern clothing options + Japanese themed ones. 

The Japanese clothing has sword + 'ninja' hood options. The second character has a separate sprite file just for a new pose + blood. 

The third character has the least amount of options, having one set of eyes + eyebrows and the clothing you see in the image. If you're looking for an 'uncle'/older character, the file comes with wrinkles to give an older appearance.

Pros:

• 3 Characters
• Multiple Sets of Eyes, Brows, + Hair to Choose From
• HQ Art Style
• Can remove layers to change the shine on hair + clothing

Cons:

• You will have to edit some of the layers. For example, the highlight on some clothing + eyes will overlap onto other layers. I personally spent about an hour cleaning up one of the characters until I was satisfied.
• Third Character is almost more of a side-character, so not as many options
• File names all in Japanese
