[Engine: CloudNovel] Trouble Loading Assets from Trello

We were informed that many users were having problems with assets uploaded on Trello. We had investigated this matter and found out there was no problem on our site so we came to the conclusion that there might be some changes in Trello that do not allow you to use their link.

Unfortunately, we cannot fix this problem as it does not originate from our side. You can still use Trello but we cannot be sure if it will work as it was before.

[Engine: CloudNovel] Seamless Loop Bug

Recently, we found a huge bug in Seamless Loop feature. Since it is a rather complicated bug, we will have to take our time fixing it. Currently, there will be an alert, warning you about the bug whenever you try to enable this feature. If you have used it before we discovered the bug, please be informed that you will encounter several weird bugs - mainly involving the sound assets.

Therefore, we recommend you to disable this feature until we fix the bug.

We are sorry for the inconvenience it caused but we will be working hard to fix the bug as soon as possible.

UPDATE: Seamless Loop bug has been fixed. If you still have problem with the sound assets that have Seamless Loop feature enabled, please let us know by creating a thread in Support and Suggestion forum.

[Engine: CloudNovel] Scenes Disappearing from the Scene Map Bug - FIXED

We were informed that there is a bug causing scenes from the scene map to disappear mysteriously. We're working to fix this ASAP.

We apologized for the inconvenience this may cause and thank you for the patience while we're working on this

UPDATE: The "disappearing scene" bug has been fixed. If you're affected by this bug, you will have to add a new asset into your library and refreshes the page. Your scenes should be back after the refresh.
