The war between Crea and Gagawoo has lasted so long, everyone's forgotten why it's happening. Still, Gagawoo send spies to bomb the kingdom and kill important people. To finally end the war, William Snickeradoodle has an idea: create a hero camp to discover the best weapons and fighters, duplicate the weapons and recruit the fighters, and launch a final attack on Gagawoo.
The camp is disguised as a high school called Anime Warrior School. And in a way, that's what it is... if you don't include the secret plans to take Gagawoo down.

Rules:
1) Characters can have 1 ability that's not based on any weapon. If you want more abilities, it must be connected to a weapon the characters has. You can have any weapons you want, as long as the character can hold the weapon. (So not mechas) If your character uses some form of magic, (Ex: Chakra, Rituals) I will allow 2 non-weapon based abilities. No abilities can be insta-kill, infinite shield, or unknown.
2) Fighting stats are necessary. If you're still working out a part of the sheet, (Ex: Age, weapon) you may submit the sheet and edit later, but fighting stats are required to use the character. If an ability gets an upgrade, just let me know to avoid confusion.
3) Your character must have one weakness relating to the abilities, unless the character's stats are low (I'll say later what is considered low.)
4) Control Effects (Freeze, Stun, etc.) can only last up to 30 seconds, or when the afflicted is hit up to 3 times. Abilities that force the character to do something against their will (Mind Control, Forced Teleportation) must have a drawback.
5) Have fun! If this goes well, I may give the option to make villain OCs.

The only reason it is unknown is that the doctor couldn't find what his power may be. They use DNA to find power, but when he was tested, it came out as.. Infinite? Just in first grade, while they were doing a kickball game, he jumped up and kicked the ball so hard it boomed at the first-grader named Hopp, it was faster than the blink of an eye. It broke Hopp's leg, and Hopp described it as saying it was as hot as lava, it was like a car was dropped on his leg. Katsunori was deemed too dangerous for the school and was homeschooled until High-school. He was approved for Warrior High! He was so happy, during the exam, he was seen multiple times, punching the robots so hard they caused DEEP dents and he was showing signs of being able to tell before someone
Background: it hit him. He was also seen being able to take out flames and make them grow with ease. This was considered a Flame Manipulation power until he showed he could create blasts of fire. People thought he may have been a god's successor and he ran away and decided to live the life of a hero, some say he's like a multipower. But, those are just R U M O R S, no one knows Katsu's real power, but his mother, him, and the principal.
