"We're moving to Japan. Put these bracelets on, and never take them off!"

What was the bracelet? Why were we moving? Why are these people at the airport trying to kill me?!?.. I never got the answers until a long while later. Apparently something happened in Japan, causing some of us to have powers. A very small portion of us of course, 0.0000001% of the whole world population, and our existence is hidden among the common people. These powers are also only usable in Asia and certain parts of Europe. There are also two organizations, one trying to experiment on us, and one trying to help us.

I'm gonna type this quickly, as I'm currently being hunted in the airport. This story takes place in Japan, Tokyo to be specific. In anime terms, it's a fantasy disguised as a slice of life, so most people get their normal everyday things, while people like me disguise ourselves from the organization hunting us down. The schools have uniforms, we use yen, and the only other "villain" is the Yakuza, which... you know what, that's a story for later.

Cassie and I have bracelets that keep our powers in check. They also have translation abilities, so I think you all speak perfect English, while the bracelet is just translating your words. It also translates my words for you, so you think I speak perfect Japanese. Only I and Cassie have these, but the good organization is thinking of making more. Still, I have problems. The letters you use, kanji was it? I don't know any of it! Your traditions, culture, even the food you eat I don't know about! It would be nice if someone could tell me.

I hear yelling, and I'm kinda trapped in the ladies' room, so I'll lay out the rules now.

1. You can have as many characters as you want, but only one can have powers. The powers are also realistic, like plant manipulation or super-speed, not magic. On the other hand, you can have as many Yakuza members as you want.

2. The Japanese use of last names and honorifics are used here, so please put the character's last names on the sheet.

3. Anime logic is fine here, just be aware that the consequences for things like "accidental" touches are gonna be more severe, depending on where it happens.

4. You don't actually have to say anything in Japanese, just be aware that the people are actually speaking in Japanese, so if I or Cassie ever don't have our bracelets on, we won't be able to understand you.

5. The stats are not required unless your character has powers, are part of the Yakuza, or you plan for them to fight.

(I have an example that might work. So in order to absorb the energy, he has to be in physical contact with the source of energy, for example, say he’s siphoning energy from a generator, he has to be touching it. He also has to find an outlet for the energy of the thing it self, so he would have to find the port or whatever that connect the generator to the house, and then he can siphon the energy from it.)
