I am sure your question is asking whether or not we have mini-games in our visual novel, right?
I have several visual novels in progress that have mini-games in it. For example, the current project I am working on will have a simple [Find the Objects] mini-game as it is a mystery VN which involves solving the mysteries.
I do not have many tips other than, keep experimenting! CloudNovel holds endless possibilities so yeah, you need to keep exploring and experimenting and see what works the best.
