The tyrant who is most feared, she is one to kill people with the lift of her finger. The government is communism but it is not all that bad. I mean free healthcare and the tyrant isn't too bad.

Background: She and her mother were heavily abused by Josephine's father. The two ran away  and lived in several rental homes. She is known by classmates to never seen crying and one with a stone wall around her heart. She is atheist despite almost becoming a nun for her mother's sake and got married in a church. She loved her husband deeply even through his death. She became the tyrant of Amerussia after her mentor passed away by terminating her rivals. She is feared and is known to kill anyone with a lift of her finger. 

Personality: Josephine is somewhat sarcastic and a bit of a sadist. She is strong-willed yet quite broken. She however wouldn't hesitant to kill anyone who stands in her way.
