A pseudo-historical (?) drama about friendship and disobedience. Think the first part of Jane Eyre meets the Salem Witch Trials? Except just ignore the part where the Witch Trials took place about 200 years before the events in Jane Eyre and apparently charity schools didn't really come into fashion until like the 1700s at the earliest? I dunno guys I just wrote what I felt like writing haha.

This was supposed to be for the jam back in October 2018 but, um. I got carried away. I want the story to branch eventually but for now I'm just going to update chapter-by-chapter until it can be played all the way through as a kinetic novel.

a story of a girl searching for her missing cat, Kitty Girl, in a sleepy seaside town.

Reluctantly, but still willing, Dalik'in [Dax] is convinced by his family to try and meet with someone (and possibly settle down). Of course with very particular guidelines.
It's an arranged marriage.
But hey, like all of life, he has to make it work somehow.
And a walk in the forest with a guy isn't so bad.

This game does revolve around a relationship between two guys. And yes there'll be some (lots) of exposition.

As of right now this is just a very short demo/test with a single option all in one scene. I'm planning to make this significantly longer, but unfortunately I have many more expression sprites and a hell of a script to make.

A love story about how Mary met and fell in love with Edgar.

Once upon a time, an orphan named Mary was left on the door step of a humble mouse family's home. She was raised as a mouse, but one fateful day she met the mysterious Edgar, who changed her life forever. This is a love story of Mary and her first love.

This visual novel is a very personal story that Sonya has written, based on her own childhood, and how she grew up into the person she is today. It details similar events in Sonya's life when she was young, what she has seen and learned, and how it molded her into the person she is now.

A mini visual novel game created in under a week! The CG illustrations and main menu artwork were all drawn by me, Sonya, and the character sprites drawn by the talented Fluff.
