Posted a new reply in Inability to load the next scene in the Support forum: I did check the FAQ, but I'm not entirely sure any of the problems apply.

It could be that I'm having slow internet, since the loading problem happens with scenes who only have dialogue but none of their assets implemented, but it still allowed me to go to the next scene afterwards. A friend of mine who lives elsewhere also had that loading problem, though, so I'm not sure if it's truly my internet who's the problem.

My only other guess would be that the assets are too big, but I don't know how to fix that problem because as I said, they're few in number and don't really weight that much. It's often a background, an image or two and maybe music sometimes. Something I did notice is that the refusal to go to the next scene seems to happen when I'm making the textbox and options disappear. I don't know if it could be related?

Created new topic Inability to load the next scene in the Support forum: Hello,

I came across a problem while making my latest visual novel (https://cloudnovel.net/Justtochi/novel/hiromu-suzumiyas-confidant-a-persona-5-alternate-story).

I don't know if it's because the site considers a scene is too heavy or if my computer is just unable to load the scene (unlikely, I had a friend try as well on their computer and it isn't working either), but because the scene never finished to load according to the site, I can't load another scene and I'm stuck at the first.

It's becoming really annoying because I want to see my work in its entirety and show it to my friends, but I'm unable to do it. If anyone knows how to help, please do. I hope it won't just be "lightening the load" by deleting stuff, because it's already pretty barebones and isn't even finished yet.

P.S: Every time it never finishes to load, this message appears: "Oops, looks like this visual novel has trouble loading. Refresh the page to try again or contact the creator of this visual novel ask them to fix this problem." but when I click "OK" the page charges properly, except not really because the white line of loading and percentage remain on the screen. I don't know if any of this is helpful, just thought I'd add it.
